- A copy of an identification card or passport
- A recent passport-sized photo in .jpeg or .png format
- All academic transcripts, including those from bachelor and/or master's degree programs, must be in English translation
- A copy of the bachelor's certificate/diploma or a certification letter from the university if the certificate/diploma has not yet been awarded
- Two recommendation reports to be completed and submitted online by the referees
- Optional: GRE/IELTS/TOEFL/SAT I & II/GATE results, but please note that the university may require satisfactory scores as part of the university admission requirement.
